Composite Decking Warranty

Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of detection.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. Warranty only applies when the material is used under normal residential/light commercial foot traffic conditions.

5. Decking must be installed by Senrui WPC® written installation instructions or Senrui WPC® video installation instructions, both of which are available under the Resources tab on Senrui WPC.com.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Damage caused by furniture, appliances, wheeled items, or items drug across the face of the materials is ot covered under this warranty.

9. Damage caused by fire, flooding, other natural disasters, acts of God, shipping, construction, or installation-related damage is not covered under this warranty.

10. Negligence, erosion, improper drainage, settlement, or movement of the structure to which decking is installed voids this warranty.

11. Product quality, defects in material, or errors that do not exceed 5% of the material are not covered under this warranty.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. This warranty is transferable once, within five [5] years of the original purchase date. Warranty registration is required within thirty [30] days upon purchase of the material.

Failure to register in this timeframe will void this warranty.
